Description
Hard and soft tissue deficiencies around dental implants are increasingly prevalent conditions which can compromise the function, cleansability, and aesthetics of implant-supported rehabilitations. The aim of the lecture is to define the current objectives of modern implant therapy and present a comprehensive approach for the reconstruction of hard and soft tissues around dental implants. A range of treatment strategies will be explored, tailored to different clinical scenarios, from conventional guided bone regeneration protocols, to mucogingival and multidisciplinary interventions.
